Don't Take Me Seriously

The '70s football icon, Joe Namath, featuring pantyhose! Broadway Joe made quite an uproar with this commercial when it aired in 1974. Tasteless was a popular adjective used. Namath ushered an era of the athlete sex symbol which caries to this day.

Which segues nicely to this next video made by Yamaha featuring their MotoGP team; Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo, Colin Edwards, and James Toseland. Four of the top motorcycle racers in the world. Shows a great sense of humor on behalf of these greats and team Yamaha.

Two of the top American riders (a rarity in this sport) show their hand at acting with a comedic sketch titled "Man-cation." Dead pan player Ben Spies, and camera viable Colin Edwards, are two proud Texans. I think Colin may have a new career after he retires from racing.
